LUD on pending case at NBC or local office

Do you guys know if by any regulations or personal experiences I have to receive LUD when interview date is set and the notice is mailed to me form National Benefit Center(NBC)or I just have to wait to receive the appointment notice ?
I had a bunch of soft LUDs lately ,but my case status did't change at all and really dont know what's going on...
Also in my transfer notice from Nebraska to NBC it isn't mention anywhere that interview is required-just transfer because other office has jurisdiction over my case...Same for my wife...
Greatly appreciated any comments...

Hi,
I have 2 approved I-140s and it seems one is at vermont and the other at Nebrasca- recently I received an email stating that my pending I-485 has been moved from Vermont to Nebrasca but i had not asked them to link the 485 to the nebrasca 140. Does anyone know how to find out if USCIS did interfiling on its own and to which 140 the pending 485 is linked to
