LUD on old applications - why?

Dear forum members,
Do you know why there are LUD's on old applications? Today I checked my online portfolio and discovered that there were very recent - within 2009 LUD's on all of my applications, even those filed 10 years ago. Is that something I should be concerned about? Thanks in advance.

I also saw recent Luds on my and my spouse's I-485 applications even these were approved years ago .... But no luds on rest of old applications ....
