LUD On My I140 - What does it mean ?

For LUDs on I-140, are all these cases changed their employers?

Yes, I changed my employer during Feb 2005. Sent the AC21 documents after that.

Guess USCIS woke up during May 2006 !!

I think it is just file storage maintenance

My two approved 140's (both AD's are 12/04) got changed to 5/27/06 with no message change. My 140's are EB1-A and EB2-NIW so no retraction by employer is possible.

I think VSC is just moving things around.

Today I found out from NSC that my name check and my wife's name check are pending since Oct 17th (nine months). Atleast my two daughter's name checks are done. Getting ready for a long wait....................
