LUD On My I140 - What does it mean ?

Hi Folks,

Just got a LUD of 27th of this month on my I140 though.
My PD is current and I1485 filing is also current.

Did any one get such an update of their date ?
Does it mean something ?

Should I check back with them ?


Any thoughts much appreciated before hand.

Hi BAGUSAC,
Even I had LUD on 5/27 on my approved I-140 ( approved in 4/04). My PD & I-485 are current since march. I am not sure what's going on....
 
me too the same, but not current PD

I'm also seeing LUD on my I-140 on May27th. My PD is not current. Not sure why i'm seeing LUD on my I-140.
 
well count me in too. Had a LUD on an approved I-140 on May 27

Hope they did a ctrl on all the "To be approved" list ! My PD is not current though.

DONT WANT TO SOUND BAD ..

I have seen , and I was a victim as well, Whenever LUD is changed on an approved I140 ... its not a good news. Most cases, its an attempt to either withdrawal of I140 by the employer or revoked by USCIS due to various reasons.

Please be on high alert and check with your lawyers and employers.

In my case, " Luckily " employer did not withdrew I 140 , rather the Lawyer was in trouble and USCIS wanted proof from employer that the case was genuine.

I don't think it is not only for I-140, Based on the above posts, I got a
conclusion that cases filed in 2003 are getting LUD changes on 05/27/2006.
My approved H1B petition also (aproved in 2003 Sept) got a LUD change on
05/27/2006. It looks llike VSC doing some server maintenance job, Today morning I got a message for "Server maintenance please check after 10:30 AM for case status" message in English and Spanish.

You are absolutely right. I also put in my H1B of 2003 and checked it. It has a LUD.

I just see my I-485 approved on 5/30, LUD turned out to be good.

Here is message

On May 30, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

I also checked by adding my H-1 receipt number which was approved back in 2003, its also having an LUD on 05/27/06. what does this means ?
are they going to check the previous status whoever was filed I-485?
it seems like that.........
 
5/6/2006 LUD on the AP filed in 2003. No LUD on my last 2002 H1. No LUD on my first 2003 EAD. No LUD on my 2004 AP.

Samy day LUD on 2003 I-140 and AP ! looks like system maintenance ( or transfer to NSC ? ) ..

Mine is NIW based self-petition. AD 06/05. Couldn't be a withdraw.
PD is current.

140 LUD's

One or two 140 LUD's is good sign, most likely approval...

Too many LUD's means 100% RFE...
 
Even I had a LUD on a approved 140 on 5/27. My PD is not current and I haven't even got my first FP. My case was filed on 4/4/04.
 
Update SQL

Looks like somebody is running UPDATE SQL commond to fix the data!! They did not use correct WHERE clause!!
 
Same here

My I-140 that was approved in 10/03 had an LUD change on June 3, 2006. I had sent in my reply to the RFE on I-485 in May. I am in Nebraska and my labor is original.
 
140 LUD Change

My LUD for approved I-140 (approved in May 2004) got changed on 05/27/06.
Don't know why ? My PD is also not current yet --- I am hoping it is for the good... I shall check with my lawyer for the same and if they have any insight to this, I shall share it here !
