LUD on I-140

The LUD on all I-140 cases filed on SRC-04-172 changed to 11/29/04(today) and the messages as previous.

Mine is SRC-04-171-xxxxx and no change in LUD.
Does anyone know what that means and how the LUD changed for all I-140 cases filed with SRC-04-172 ??
 
Dee you are so funny.... where else can the guy see the LUD update ? Do we have any back channels into USCIS ?? ... offcourse he saw it on the USCIS website in his portfolio :D :D
 
will_get_there is right. i added few i-140 cases in my portfolio around my date range and it's easier than scanning again and again.

will_get_there... any idea? thoughts? on how the LUD changed for all I-140 filed on that day? mine is the previous day and no change.
 
RFE and FP looks like

Generally 485 change at this point looks like an FP notice and it seems they even generated an RFE on your 140. This all is speculation though... many times we see LUD changes that happen everyday without any status change and than they stop one day with no change whatsoever in status.

Also maybe the 140s you are tracking are in different category like EB1 etc. or they are standalone 140s i.e non-concurrent.

I would be excited to see such LUD changes to my case, however there is not much credence to them till the status really changes. So hang on tight and keep us posted. May be you get lucky and we all sure hope so.
