LUD on approved I-140????

Gurus,
I see an LUD on my approved I-140. Does this indicate the employer has requested to cancel it. If so, what are my options???My I-485 is pending for more than 180 days now. I need your help here. Should I worry for this LUD????

If for any reason, my I-140 is cancelled before my 485 is approved (once the dates matched my labor applied date), what are my options. Is this normal with all desi employers??? Do they do it regularly - I mean cancel I-140, once it is approved???

I received "Intent-to-revoke" on my approved I-140 after LUD change

Hi there,

Did you use substitute labor?

I had few LUD changes on my approved I-140 which turned out to be "Intent-to-Revoke". I still work for the GC sponsoring "desi" employer and have used substitute labor.

Hope you don't get "Intent-to-Revoke".

No, it was my own labor. This is my first LUD after it was approved few months back. Do you think, he is trying to revoke my I-140. If I call USCIS, will they be able to tell me about this???
 
yours is EB2 OR EB3

if EB2 they might be reviewing your I-140 before I-485 approval.

Hi there,

If it was your own labor and you are still with your employer, then I don't see any reason why your employer would revoke it.

Don't sweat unnecessarily till your lawyer gets anything in black and white. If you call USCIS, they won't entertain you regarding I-140, so don't waste your time.

Don't be scared with LUD changed on approved case.
It happened to me on my EAD and Advance payrole case.

I guess instead of updating 485 record, they updated 140.
Keep your fingers crossed. Your 485 might have been approved.
Check again tonite for the changes.

My concurrent 140+485 case got LUD's simultaneously couple of times
including once after 140 approval.

It was my own labor filed before I joined the company under EB3. If they are touching my 485, they still cannot approve it due to retrogression. Correct?
If at all they are touching, that means a good sign. What this would LUD relate to?? I'm confused with this LUD since morning. And I'm with this employer since I filed my I-140 and it was approved 3-4 months back and 485 is pending for more than 180 days.
