LUD on Approved 140 and 131, PD NOT CURRENT

Here we go again a headache::

Folks,

I have not been checking my USCIS account lately since PD is not current.
Today before going to sleep I checked and here is a headache:

I had an LUD on 12/22/07 on my approved 140 and 131 that were approved in
2005.

My name check is clear as of July 2007 and PD is July 2005 with PERM LC.
Should I worry? What does it mean? I not going to talk to any USCIS idiots to waste my time and give them importance that we call them.
Should I take info pass?

Why on 131 only?

I had an LUD on 131 (AP) but not on an EAD that too is approved in 2005.

In addition I hold a valid H1 stamp from the same employer and have not yet used EAD/AP for travel or AC21.

No idea how USCIS works!!!!!

I131 (approved in Sep-2006), I think it is something about background check, last LUd on I140/I131 (approved in 2004/2005) was 12/15/2007.

Hi,

I too had noticed that. Updates on my I140 and I131 on 12/22/07. Both I140 and I131 were approved in '05. Since then I have had 2 more AP's, no updates on newer AP's.

My PD (Apr '03) is not current. Any idea what is going on at USCIS?

Hi,
I also received several LUD on my approved 140 and 131 (for both primary and derivative)dated with 12/22/07, and 01/06/2008. PD not current either.
