LUD on AP months after approval

Just noticed I got LUDs on my AP and spouse's as well. Both cases were approved months ago. But no LUD on I-140 and I-485. Anyone has such experience?

These are the only LUDs on my cases (140, 485, & AP) since middle of Dec 2005. So they are not lost (yet)! :cool:
 
Same to me ...

My family AP was approved 2 months back. Today, I saw LUD in all AP. No LUD in 485 and 140. No status change in AP and no emails. Wiered.

I hope may be some file transactions ...
 
I had similar experience: AP LUD was changed ~ 3 weeks after approval. I believe that this is associated with EAD approval in my case. I filed paper based AP and EAD separately. AP was filed first and first approved. EAD was filed about 10 days later. After EAD approval, AP LUD was changed.
 
similar situation here

Except for I have seen relevent LUDs on my 485 as well. Dont understand significance of LUDs on 140, 131 or 765 months after approvals.
 
Mine too..

I see LUD change on my approved 2nd AP.
I did my code 3 FP on 02/22/06. but the LUD on my AP was 03/23/2006.

I don't know the reason why :confused:
any idea on these LUD's all of sudden :confused:

My guess they are counting cases for the potential shipping around.

My I-140 is still pending. If it got shipped to NSC, then bang!

I heard some psychos are sting in that Nasty Services Center ready to screw as many as possible :eek:

I am from NSC and LUD changed on both EAD for me and my wife and our EADs were approved in Jan 06 and we have also received cards. No LUD change on I140, I485 and pending AP applications. I am EB3 retrogressed. Can anybody tell whats going on???
 
are biometrics needed for advance parole?

I have just e-filed for my second AP. I called the 800 number and requested an appointment for local ASC. I was given a confirmation number. I do not remember if a visit to ASC is needed for AP. Can anyone shed some light, please? I am confused. Thanks a lot.
 
I filed AP renewal on Feb 9th together with EAD renewal.
EAD got approved, but AP not yet.
But the AP LUD keep changing every few days!!!
The LUD on AP changed on 04/03 and then on 04/05 and now on 04/08

I do not really know what is happening with my AP application. Anybody with such experience??
This is at NSC.
