LUD on all

Hi guys,

Today i noticed something, i see the LUD on all 140/485/EAD/AP. The thing is, my EAD/AP were apporved in Nov'2004, why there is an update on EAD and AP? and also my 140 is not approved yet, but i see some thing going on ....

But above all, i have not received any emails on this LUD. After the LUD, when can we expect emails? a day or immidiate??


Any comments?

nagakoosu, I have the similar question like you, I have seen LUD's on all my cases changed on 01-13-2005 and I have no information of what's going on right now.

I have seen the LUD on all of my approved cases also(EAD & AP). I have changed the address recently and my lawyer updated with INS also.

I also changed address.I just send AR-11. Am I done after sending AR-11 ?or should I call TSC to inform for change of address? If yes can u post phone # where to call..Thanks in adv

Hi pstalsania, I have sent the AR-11 and I didn't call INS as my lawyer said they will take care and all I need to do is sent the AR-11 form that's all and they have changed the address for my case, I don't know exactly what they did, but I think all the LUD's changed after the addres change.
 
140 LUD should not change with address update. 140 is a employer petition, nothing to do with your address.

In my case, I had to correct my name as it was printed wrong on all the receipts. My lawyer submitted some correction forms(which I don't know)
abt 3 weeks ago and yesterday, LUDs changed on all of my cases(EAD/AP/140/485).
My wife's cases remained the same though.

Hi

I saw LUD Cahneg on my I-140 and I-485 today but no chnges in my wife's application. Does this mean anything?
 
LUD's for all cases changed.

LUD's for myself and my wife's 485,EAD and AP changed. I thought it was because of address change but according to pashwin 140 should not affected by address change, now I don't know what's happening with my case.

Most of us would agree that in with USCIS, no news is not good news. So hopefully this is good

Same case with me. LUD changed on all cases including my wife's .... Even though I have received approvals on EAD/AP in Nov 2004
what's going on ?
