LUD on 140 after FP

Is it always true that there will LUD once FP is done.
Please write what will be the message LUD on 140.

Please share your experiences -
 
As far as I know it should not change LUD for 140 after FP. Usually LUD changes for 485 after FP.

Is your 140 approved or still pending ?
