LUD on 12/07 & 12/09 on I140

Hi,
I have replied for I140 RFE on 11/12/04 and has been received by them on 12/16/04. Now The LUD on this case has changed on 12/07 & 12/09 without any change in LUD for I485.
Did anyone faced similar kind of proble. If so what was the result?.

My Query was same as yours. We replied on 11/12/04 and they received on 11/16/04. I checked my status today and they issued another RFE on my I140. Have to see what it is.
