LUD Notification

My husband's company filed an employment based I140/I485 concurrently in April 2004 for both of us. We were fingerprinted in September and since then the I485 has been updated almost daily on the USCIS Case Status Service website, however, the I140 and I90 have not been updated since July.

Has anybody else experienced this, does this mean that it may be processed quicker than the original timescale given?

Do we need to attend an interview if the application is employment based?

Any assistant or experiences would be gratefully appreciated

:D Trying to solicit a response by shouting :D :D

Anyway, your shouts have been heard. Next time please post in regular font.

We have seen lot of cases where the LUD updates daily but nothing eventually came out of it. It is some runaway macro in the USCIS software so don't look too much into it.

April 2004 - You must be close to FP and then wait for 6- 8 mnths for 140 and 485 approval.

You may or may not be called for a interview if it is EB2 or Eb3 based. Nowdays we are seeing less and less cases from these categories going for appointment.

Btw. why are you concerned about the appt. r u hiding something from USCIS ;) ;)

As mentioned in my original e-mail we were fingerprinted in September and as for having anything to hide, we have nothing at all, I had read on another forum that a person was never interviewed and just received approval, it was an employment based concurrent application, the same as our's, therefore I wondered if this was normal as I understood an interview was compulsary.

The message has the facility to change the font, size and colour if I want to, so sorry if this annoys you.
