LUD/MESSAGE never CHANGE since 2002

Help me guys my LUD/MESSAGE never change since i applied 2002 i done FP2 10/02/2004
 
Don't worry - I was in the same boat - no LUD/updates since FP1 in Nov 02 and then 1 month after FP2 (09/07/04) we got approved and LUD changed to AD.
 
I agree with Vhooloo - the fact that your LUD has not changed is not as of itself alarming - it basically means that your case has not been touched, which is not particularly surprising given the current backlogs.
If you get nervous at any point, you might want to call USCIS 1-800 number and make an inquiry

on dec 12 2002 we rec'd your application it take 365 to 540days.....................
i rec'd FP2 10/02/2004 schedule and i confirm they send same day. i already call to 1 800 they told me we processing nov 16 2002 aplication. :confused:

I was also in the same boat. The last LUD before the approval one was Nov 2002.

Mendieta in the Vermont tracker section recently discussed the issue. Apparently changes are not automatically registered in the system to show up as an LUD.

As you have done your FP2, you can be optimistic. Approvals after FP2 seem to be happening quite quickly.

I had no change in LUD since FP1 till FP2 recd- despite EAD's, APs, address change etc etc- that is the way it works.

i did FP1 neither change LUD nor message i did FP2 neither LUD nor Message.
