Is there any way to relate an LUD on one's case to a specific action such as "name check" initiated or "name check completed". I see on this forum people saying that by calling UCSIS they could get to know if the name check has been initiated or completed, but none of the represenatiaves when I call is able to provide me taht information. They say that they simply dont know.
