LUD for Issuing RFE in Online Status

Hello All

I just have 2 Questions-

1. If any RFE is issued for I 140 , will there be a LUD in USCIS online case status and will that be mentioned in Online status that " RFE has been issued"

2. Also I saw some LUD but No change in Status. Why?

PLease advise if anyone knows.

Shovan,

Yes there will be an LUD that an Rfe was sent out. We found out about ours on line and had the lawyer looking out for it. Took us two wks to actually receive it.There will be another LUD when they get the response too.

They will also do random LUDs without message change... maybe it means someone is touching your file.... that would be great,huh?
