LUD CHANGES To I 140 after 2-3 days of approval

Approved I 140 on 14th FEB 2003

LUD changes to I140

14th ( message is also changed), 17 TH FEB , 18th FEB.

question - WHY LUD CHANGED FOR I 140 after 2-3 days of approval ?

even I 485 LUD changed for 17th and 18th FEB.

It is very normal for LUD to change in most of the cases. Mine was changed several times, infact my I-485 LUD also changed after I-140 approval. Can you tell me the message that changed on your I-140?

I guess it depends on your priority date. My priority date is Sep. 2003 and My I-485 LUD changed too last month at the time of I-140 approval. ANd since then there is no change on any LUD. So again depends on your priority dates if they are close to Retrogress dates then sure, you can hope for an approval.
 
I 140 message says it is approved.

I485 message same though LUD changed twice.

regarding priority date as usual I am also confused which date is priority.

original labour date 3/30/01 (which is the date this labor cert. was originally filed).

or I I40 (oct 2003) as I have used that approved labour.

Priority date will be mentioned on your I-140 approval notice, usually it is the date when your labor application was submitted to the state.
 
My LUD on I-140 also changed after approved. Something is going on. I believe even if any access or small note updates may result in LUD Change.
