LUD changes on I765 and I131 after approval

My I765 was proved on Mar 22nd 2005 and I131 was approved on april 11th.
Again i see a LUD of april 18th on both these applications. I also see an LUD of 18th april on my 140 application

Why would LUD change after approval??
