I recently applied an I-485 application which was sent on 06/28/07 to the NBC and was received by them on 06/29/07. My I-140 was approved at the TSC so I am certain that my case will be transferred to TSC soon . I have yet to receive a receipt for my application. And my checks have not cleared from the bank. However, I logged into my status profile at USCIS website and noticed that the LUD on my I-140 changed on 07/22/07. What does this mean? Why would the LUD change on an already approved I-140? Can anyone shed some light on this situation? Thank you.
