Since USCIS recieved my RFI on Oct 19, my "Case status last updated date" changes every day. Is it good news or not? I checked my case status at 8.30 in the morning and it was already updated on Oct 21. Are they start working at 6 or 7 a.m.?

Thanks

Don't worry that's normal...I don't think it means a whole lot...other than the fact that working on your case. My LUD changed on 10/05, 10/06, and 10/07...but nothing since then.

Not really, they're not start working at 6.Just a computer system situation.About your case, this is a good sign when you see your LUD changing.

Someone is working on your case now, which is a very good sign. maybe you will get GC pretty soon.

I think once they get your RFI, Your case is updated 3-4 times..Once is to say ok we got your response, another one is to "forward" your "completed" application to the officer..and another one when the officer acknowledges automatically that he/she has recieved it...

However lets say your LUD gets updated on November 01 then it means your case is active. Also...If you put in your LIN# and it says "cannot find it in the system"..It means that your application is about to get a decision.....So if USCIS can't find your lin# when you go to the case status..thats a GREAT sign....how ironic!
