LUD changes again, 7/5->7/7->7/9, what does it mean?

Hi, guys,

My I-485 status changed again recently, see the following dates:
-----------------------------------------------
* 5/7/04 (updated after contacting congresswoman)
* 7/5/04 (updated after 2nd FP result received by CSC)
* 7/7/04 (updated with I-140 approval finally appeared online although it has been approved in 12/02)
* 7/9/04 (updated for unknown reason, hope it is not just update in their system)
------------------------------------------------
What is this mean? If you have the similar things happened to your case recently, would you give me some idea what is going on there?
BTW, my case WAC-03-003-XXXXX and RD 10/3/02. EB2. No RFE. Current status still:
