LUD changes after NSC call

Is there anyone who called NSC and got LUD after?

I just called NSC this morning and a male IO told me he couldn't provide me any information. Then I checked my online status and found out I got a new LUD as today without message change. Then I checked my spouse's case and she also got a new LUD today without message change. When I called, I only input my own receipt number, but I'm the primary applicant. Do you guys think the new LUDs of both mine and my spouse's are just due to my call or the real IO touched our case today? We have done infopass and knew both name check are clear.
 
Your approval is around the corner

A service request, Infopass appointment, 800 call does not change the LUD. It mean an IO touched your case...So, sit tight and hope for the best.

Mine LUD changed too last week but yet to get approval. IO did not tell me regarding what led to LUD changes!! But good news is something is happening to your case..GOOD LUCK...
