LUD changes 30 days after FP

Here is my profile (NSC NIW concurrent filing)

I-140 : RD (3/3/6), AD (3/30/6), LUD (7/22/6)

I-485 : RD (3/3/6), LUD entire family (10/2/6 &
10/3/6), LUD entire family (12/29/06)

Biometrics: 12/1/6

I-765 : RD (9/2/6), AD (10/18/6)

My family got I-485 LUD changed yesterday, 30 days after Biometrics. Our biometrics has been done 9 months after concurrent filing.

My question is whether I-485 LUD change 10 month after filing has any significant meaning.

there is no rule for LUD. ur FP came to u very late. usually it comes in 2 months after u applied. but lately NSC was very arbitrary.

but the weird thing is that ur case is past due the processing date of NSC which is may 06. maybe the lud that u got is bcs ur namecheck got cleared or so.

to know more what is goin on, call the 1-800 number or get an infopass apointment.

I have called the 1-800 number or got an infopass apointment a couple of months ago, but they did not give me any information.

My home country is South Korea.

try agian the 1800 and the infopass. it depends on the officer that u r talking with.an

also u can initiate an inquiry with nsc because ur case was beyond their processing dates. good luck.
