LUD Changes 3 months after GC issued

I got my GC in Nov and now LUD Changing after 3 months (happend twice in 5days gap this month), same thing to my spouse also.

My 140 not changed.

Guys whats happening ? If any one notice this ?

Appreciate let me know for any one happend this ?

Someone is cheating in USCIS as if they are still working on an approved case

The LUDs for our I-485 cases were February 8, 2005. That's really strange since we got the approval in Sept 2004.

Dont Worry

This happened to me too.

But the reason it happened to my case (And thats a big assumption from me, but pretty close one), is because my spouse's 485 is pending.

We had made a telephonic enquiry for my wife's case a week before my LUD updated (my GC is approved 6 months ago). After 2 days of my LUD update, her LUD changed too. 4 days after her LUD , she received the FP.

My assumption: They check and update the approved spouse's case in order to proceed further on pending spouse's case.


Any thoughts?

It's funny to see how INSecure people feel even after passing thourgh INS hell and getting approved. I haven't got the taste of INS turture though.

It is unfortunate to look again in USCIS Web Site. When I am checking my friends case I notice the First LUD Change, I thought some one touched my files for some reason. After 5days again changed.

I did not changed my address or any thing after my approval.

It makes me curious after that. Some where I saw NOIR (even if you have green in your hand they can rewoke), so let people know any one also in the same boat.

It is some thing like iching to my but.....no option..Ha Ha Ha....
