LUD changed three times

My LUD changed to 7/15 then 7/16 and now 7/19. My FP-2 is scheduled for 8/6. So, I am assuming that they are getting everything together and hopefully I would get approval after FP-2.

Also I changed address a month back, I got letter from USCIS confirming that. Did not get similar letter for my wife. Also my attorney received FP-2 notices, I only got FP-2 notice for my wife, so I would be asking my attorney to send the original for me.

Does anyone have an idea, if they would accept a fax/photocopy of the FP notice?

Our situation is similar to your's, but we both ( me and my wife) received the address change confirmation from CIS, but our Finger Printing Notices went to Lawyer only and we haven't received ours yet.

I was told by my friend that all CIS needs is some copy of notice (Fax or Photo Copy). But if you can get Original from your lawyer then that solves all the problems. Good Luck to you.
 
How do you know you got FP2

Does it show on the status page that they have send a request for FP2. How do you guys know that you have recevied FP2 request?

maybe I should contact my attorney?

PC,

My spouse and me gave FP2 early using faxed copies of notices. We haven't seen the originals fot that matter. Our notices came to our old address(no AR11 reported, as friend lives in there) and also to lawyer. We haven't seen the original, as we rae done with Fax.

As you might have noticed, Our Schd: 8/14/04; Done: 7/8 and 7/10 me and spouse resp.

Thanks guys for the responses. I am in India right now, so was getting stressed about getting the original FP notices in time.

But I would be back by the time I have to go for FP-2. Have got EAD-2 approved for both myself and my wife in last week, LUD is changing everyday for I-485s.

Will keep you posted when there is some progress.
