LUD.changed on I485 ..reopened again...reply

Hi Guys,

last 2 weeks back i posted I 140 ref ..need G28 form...after sending G28,
till now also no change in LUD for I 140, my company called INS so many times , they told in couple of weeks they r going to change , but today my I 485 LUD changed .saying..(On September 29, 2005, this case was reopened on a BCIS motion, and the case is now in process. It is taking between 365 and 540 days ) ..
i was surprise ...and little happy..
but any one explain or reply got same thing like this ...
and next ,if they Opend my I 485 case means ,my I 140 is APPROVED or NOT

please reply or advise me my I 140 is approved or not ....b'case this year ending my 7th yr H1 extension is going to finish....so please reply

Hey.....Be optimistic, 485 will not re-open if your underlying 140 is re-opened / approved. Also, keep in mind that Re-open does not mean that its approved. Pay close attention to it. Your 140 should be approved within 2 days - 2 weeks after reopen, else it may not be a good news. There are scenarios where 140 was re-opened and denied again after few months......But mine is similar to your case.... Refer to the below link.........Good Luck.

It is taking between 30 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.)I was little happy.. , b’cas atleast they reopened my case ….and also LUD changes on wife I485,,only date changed .
but any one explain or reply got same thing like this ...
and next ,if they ReOpend my I 140 and I 485 case means ,my I 140 is APPROVED or NOT
