LUD Changed on I-140

My ND for my I140 is May 12 th 2004. Today i checked the status. The LUD for the Case is changed to 10/08/2004. But the status is not changed. Anybody is in the same boat as me. Any opinion. Thanks.

MY LUD changed and no change in case status. ND 6/10/04, LUD 9/28/04

zbcx123/prgc have been helpful in pointing something to me - mine is a company of 20-25ppl, been around since 2000 making revenues close to 500k-1m...feel like a definite candidate for RFC

Same here. Check my signature file for details. Let's keep this tracker alive. I'm excited as my LUD changed twice on two consecutive working days, (10/8 and 10/11). Praying almighty for good news! My file is EB3.

HI Friends,

My LUD changed for I140. I had rfe which my lawyer replied on 1 july. USCIS site updated LUD for I-140, saying 7 july they received my application. ANd today again LUD changed , saying October 12 they received my application. I don't wht s going on ? ANy one had same experience...change in message
