LUD Changed on 485

Hi All,

My case details:
EB2 Conc 140/485 RD 01/22/2004
I noticed that LUD on 485 has changed to 10/25/2004. No change in message, also no change in 140 LUD and message

My lawyers recently filed for my 2nd EAD and FP. Do you think the LUD change may be due to that?

Or should I see light ...am I at the end of this long tunnel

I am new to the group. Filed for my 140 & 485 in feb'04. Can you please let me know what you mean by "LUD" and the "message".

LUD for 485 changed again from 10/25/2005 to 10/26/2004, this happened after I talked to a rep at USCIS

She said they do not update case or change LUD when someone calls, so god knows what is going on...

Whoa ... your RD is Jan 2004 and you're already thinking that the tunnel is long ?!?! :D

btw, have you had your FP done ? Maybe the LUD is just for generating a FP notice ? (though that usually changes the message too).
 
Well CSC is processing 1/30/2004 for EB2 so kinda thinking positively
FP was done in April 2004, message changed to FP results received and processing has started in you case, this was since April 2004.

Only other thing I can think of is, my lawyers recently filed for new EAD and AP
