our LUD changed with todays date but the message is still the same.
what this means?????

Case opened, file on desk, or on special shelf whoever officer finish will pick ur file from SP-shelf.

Sp-Shelf = There is a Shelf called ???? it has a unque name not remembering exact name but will try to find name and post it. bottom line when file is assign peririty/ready to process (any reason) it is put on that shelf. and it is marked as perririty or ready to process.
