LUD changed for Aug 03 case

My LUD changed to 10/29 today morning. Message didn't change nor I got any emails. I'm very anxious. Hoping for the best.

Anybody has thier LUD changed around the same time? NOrmally how long will we find the out come (aproval/ transfer to local office) in this scenario?

Hi immi 09,

Is this youjr first LUD change after the 1FP since your ND? My ND is 15Sep'03 and did 1FP on 16Oct'04. However, no LUD change untill now and it's still shown LUD as the I-485 ND. Kind of worry about it.

My LUD changed to 10/28 and again today. No change in Message.

MY LUD changed to 10/19 after FP received and also message changed. Today just LUD changed and message is the same. I wonder what that means...

Going by the usual trend, you can expect your approval in 4 to 6 weeks. But, thats just a rough guess. If luck permits, you might get approved sooner or later after an year from now.
Most of them (including me) reported such continuous LUD changes without any change in message and then had their (exluding me) approval show up in a month time or so after the LUD change drama.

after my FP LUD changes, MyLUD changed on 10/14 with no change in msg. Then on 10/26 it changed again with the approval.

I don't want to disappoint you but don't get too excited about LUD changes. My LUD changed 3 days in a row but no change in my status so far

LUD changes 10/14, 10/15, 10/18
ND 6/13/2003
FP 4/20/2004

Hi forumuser2004

My case is similar to yours. My 485 ND is August-03.
My LUD was 10/29. It changed 10/19 and 10/20 after my 1FP done
on 10/6. My 485 case status remains to
be the initial 485 notification message, no indication that FP result was recieved.

The LUD change could not be triggered by address change or
info query since I did not do any of these things. Did not file
EAD or AP renewal recently.

Wondering what else might trigger the LUD.

I haven't received any emails yet for good or bad. But I noticed today morning my wife's LUD changed also. min changed friday) well.. she hasn't even done her 1FP yet.. I wonder if it's an RFE?
 
my LUD changed only once on 10/13 after FP 1 was done on 10/8...i am the derivative on this application. the primary is my husband whose LUD reflects 8/26/03 from when the application was received...no changes after FP 1 on 10/8 for him.
