no, just called representative office to ask them to call CIS and check if they got my and my wifes fingerprint results. the answer i got from that person is that yes they got the results but they wont work on your case till they finish previous date work

Yeah -- I've seen that emails get generated only if the LUD change also results in a status message change.

If your status message did not change, there is no email for just LUD change -- whatever :rolleyes:
