The LUD has changed twice in last two days, on Feb 14th and Feb15th, but the message is still the same old - "You case was received on this date. We mailed you bla bla bla..."
I called up USCIS on Feb 6th but the phone call didn;t go to a service center, instead to ome call-center and I asked her to open an issue and she did. The RD on my I-485 is July 06, 2006 and it was beyond 6 months. In addition, Nebraska is processing cases received before or on July 13, 2006, so I have to call.
My PD (using previous employer's I-140) is Aug 2000. The PD on current employers' I-140 is Aug 2002. This is another reason, I am not sure how will the I-485 case be handeled.
Anyway, to cut to the chase, does anybody know why the LUD has changed but accompanying message has not.
