LUD Changed and RFE issued

Hi All,

My LUD changed last week couple of times and I receieved an email today saying I-485 RFE mailed.

What does it means? How long it takes to hear the goodnews after we reply for RFE? Any educated guess would be welcomed?????
NOTE: My FP is expiring in 8/23 which is this month...

This was exactly what we got. Did you see my post "it's so disappoiting"? We even have the same RD (March, 2003) and FP1 date (May 23, 2003). Since our FP1 is expiring soon, we replied the RFE already. Let's wait and see.

What Original Birth Certificate????? MY lawyer asked me to Notorized in the begining because mine is not in English..

We sent the copy of Notorized Birth Certificate at the beginning too. So this time we sent the original Notorized one. Of course we don't have english one.

I don't know. We just mailed two days ago because we got the paper notice on Monday. Don't worry now. You might get something else.

Just the lawyer. We didn't. The lawyer said it should only go to them.

Did message change for both of you???

After LUD changed did message change to RFE was issued? Does the message still say the same thing....FP received processing resumed.
