Hi everyone,
My 140 was approved on Jan 20 and the LUD changed to 1/21 ( i thought it's normal),but again, my LUD changed to 1/28 (today again), but the online message is still showing : This case has been approved. On January 20, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice. I don't know if this is the normal situation??

What i am worried about is " my ex-company May revoke this I140 approved after they got I140 approval letter. I am not pretty sure the LUD changed reason??? will it possbile that they sent revoke letter, so the LUD changed???
Anyone who has the similar LUD situation like mine?

My 485 is still pending, and past the 180 already. Am I safe now?
Please help me out. Thank you very much.

Hi everyone,
I just called emergency number to ask about my approved 140, and she told me that my LUD changed again on 1/28 because they made a new decision. She say she can't tell me the final result.
Will it's possbile CSC changed my approved 140 to denied??
Does this happen before?
Please help me. I am so worried about it...

Did you ask about i-485 ???may be approved i-485

You said "ex-company". How can you change employer before I-140 approval and maintain same GC process? I-140 can not be revoked once approval if you stay with same employer after I-485 180 days. I'm not sure ex-employer.

My GC process is a long story. Anyway, i got a laidoff during the 140/485 process last year.
I don't know if my current approved 140 will be changed to deny?

I believe, after approval, for legal reasons they cant reverse. However, that could well affect your 485 chances. Denial after approval is unheard of.
If your company requested for revocation, it is unfortunate- just playing with somebody's future. All our goodwishes are there for u. Hopefully you should be alright.

Thank you very much for your information. Hopefully they won't change the decision from approved to deny.......
It's really long journey for GC process, for me it likes taking the rollercoster, up and down. so happy when I140 got approved, but a week later, LUD changed on this approved I140, and called to know something new deciscion on this I140.... so disappointed and so worried about this situation.

thank you for your supporting.
