LUD changed after 3rd FP (code1)

I did my 3rd FP (code1 ) near mid january. Since my PD is far away from USCIS approving date, I didn't even bother to check my status.

Yesterday I checked status of my cases & I saw LUD was changed for me on 16th JAN but no status message change. LUD was just chaned for my case only not for dependent.

Also my case was stuck in namecheck. when I contacted my local senator for status of my case, I got reply " your case is pending for extra security check & there are no visa available at this time. I did my FP (code1) after that so this LUD can be related to my namechek?

Did anyone else notice the same development?

I just noticed that my 4th EAD was approved 12 Jan 2006.

Ur PD has quite a good dates on it ........ if U are from India then U might expect to get Ur 485 in next few months provided the name checks goes well by then.

[ ...... to get 485 before Oct is vital I guess ... after that they will reorder the list and U might have to wait another year ........]

LUD after Biometrics -- nothing to get excited about.
U got 3rd FP (Code 1) as Ur 1'st FP expired after 18 months.
 
I agree that I got FP code1 because my first FP expired after 15 months.

But my lud changed after my 4th EAD got approved. There was no LUD change for almost a month after my 3rd FP (code1) .

I am not excited or anything but just want to share & see if anyone else had similar experience.

How can u make out whether the Name Check is cleared?
I thought Name check is done during I140 approval coz it took 6 mths for my I140 approval.
Pls let me know how I can check whether my namecheck is cleared.Looking at the way the dates are moving for EB2 India, my PD will become current in another month or so.
I just want to make sure my Namecheck is cleared before the PD becomes current.

There is no way to check status of namecheck.

Only your senator can help you with that. FBI stopped responding to emails long time back.

I am just assuming that my second code1 fp must have triggered my namecheck.

LUD change was just coincidence along with my 4th EAD approval
