LUD Change-- Whats happening?

I received FP Notice in Sep 2004 and NO message or any LUD on my 485 and FP Done on OCt 6th and there was no LUD/ Message change on web
But interestingly On Dec 22 LUD On My 485 Changed.. But still the same old message on web

Whats happening? does they recived my FP or something else?

my LUD also changed on 21 and 22 dec with no msg change.
my FP was done on 18 Nov and FP results updated on 30 Nov
