LUD change twice but finger print not still back after 30 days.. Should I call FBI?

I know that there has been discussion about this before but I am little nervous. FP done 3/31 for me and my wife. LUD chaged 3/31, 4/1 for both. Then 4/12 wife's case has FP recieved message.. Nothing for mine. Another LUD change for both of us again on 4/21. My message still says that we received you applications on .. and we sent you a receipt notice......

Should I worry about this. Does this mean that they did not get my FP results. How often would the message not change even if the FP results are in.. Should I call FBI and I should, does anyone has a number?

My RD is 8/19/04. I140 approved somewhere in January 2004.

Sometimes Msg doesn't change , only LUD happens(In some cases even this does't happen).
Best option is call Customer Service and find the staus from them.

I don;t know if these LUD mean something or some issue with their software.

I thought that you cannot call the service center unless your case has been pending for > 30 days of their current processing dates.

If I can call, anyone has a number. Gurus have mixed feelings about the number that has been mentioned in other threads.
