LUD change - response to RFE

RFE response to education was rcvd on 12th August. Since then my LUD has changed almost everyday (except for Sat, Sun) i.e. 12th to 13th to 16th and now to 17th. Anyone else in the same boat and any insights.

We are on same boat from LUD prospective.

My RFE response was received on 6/23 and LUD was changed everyday ( Except weekend) till 7/1. Then no update for almost 4 weeks. 2 LUD updates on 7/27 and 7/28. No status change or LUD update after that.

LUD was changed on 485 also on 6/24, 7/27 and 7/28 for me and wife. No change for child.

Did you see any LUD change on 485?

No change in 485. Still LUD the ND. I dont want it to also due to other reason. Just want to get the d... 140 cleared for now. Can at least use AC21 after that.

My ND is 09/22/03 for both 140/485.

I am in the same boat. My RFE on education evaluation received on
8/9 2004. After that LUD changed on 8/11 & 8/12. No status change. Still waiting to hear from USCIS.
