LUD change question

The LUD of my I140 (RD May 2003) and I485 were changed today but still the same old messages. Does it mean anything other than my cases are being touched? How long does it usually take to see the processing results updated after such LUD change? Thanks.

According to other's post and CSC process time now,
You might be approved soon.
 
LUD change

LUD on my case has changed to Sept 10th 04. However there has been no change in the status message. Is anyone else in the same boat.

Do they promptly update the status message as well? If an RFE is issued, wouldnt the status message indicate that?

mine is semi concurrent + subst

140 - ND 27th Aug 2003
485 - ND 15th Sept 2003

I think I will have to do the same and call them. I havent called CIS before, and I am wondering if there are any risks associated with it. Usually the lawyers advice not to call them directly.

What has been your experience. Can I just call and ask whats going on with my case.

Also what is the number to call. Is it the National Customer Service Center or is it the California Service center.

I called CSC at 949-389-3007 and the lady I spoke was very cool (yaah I was astonished).. You r right in that only our employers need to track our 140 and only they can get the status information as we r only beneficiaries. But 485, we can do it ourselves, I guess. Anyways, give it a try and I don't think they can put u in jeopardy if you call (that's my own opinion).

Btw, the lady I spoke herself told that she can't release information (duh?) about my I-140, I requested again and then she revealed me the status.. good luck!
