LUD change on pending I-485 VSC

Me too. My husband and I had an LUD change today. Does that mean they are transfering the cases somewhere from Vermont?

My wife had a LUD today but no LUD for my son.

LUD on 485

LUD on 485 after almost 8 months. Had filed AC21 and G28 last month. Could it be because of that ?

LUD on 08/07

I too had an LUD on 08/07. This is my first LUD after my FP results in 05/2005.

I want to call VSC and ask them but I have called them a lot in the recent past and so cannot call again. I also did an qnquiry through my local congressman's office and I initially thought it was bcause of that.

But a lot of folks have seen LUDs that day and so was wondering if something else is going on that we ought to know about. Did anyone call VSC to find out why the LUD was there? If so please post what you hear.

I too saw an LUD on my approved I-140 on 08/07/2006 after more than two months of approval, but no change on my I-485.
 
Last month, I saw a lot of LUDs on approved or non approved cases, since 07JUL till now. I`ve been checking constantly this guys to see if someone get approval and NADA. Nothing is happening in VSC but LUDs. They may be changing the way they`re adjudicating cases.

Me too had a LUD on 7th Aug for my pending 485 at VSC.
 
no LUDs since 11/28/05

Hi all:

I have had no LUDs since 11/28/05. Should I be concerned?

EB2-India VSC

My PD is 12/04

I-140 and 485: ND 9/05
I-140 Approved: 2/06
FP: 11/05

Waiting for 485

Any info appreciated.

Lud --

I called VSC to ask about the LUD (08/06) and I was told that VSC has my A# wrong in their main system and they have fixed it.I dont mean to scare anyone here but that was waht they told me.

So guess for me LUD does not not mean much nor does a lack of one perturb me.

the method has been repeated on this forum over and over. Just in case I have sent it to you as a private IM.

BTW my suggestion is that if you do use tht method do not call more than once every month. I have seen that VSC folks get angry when you call more than once...and with all the delays getting them upset is the last thing we want.
