LUD Change on I-140 approved in 2005

I noticed that LUD changed to 06-14-07 on I-140 approved in 2005, however LUD on I-485 still remains 10-28-2006 with status FP review completed.

Anyone with similar situation -

LUD change on approved I-140

My I-140 which has been approved in Nov 2004 had a LUD on 6/3/07. However there was no corresponding change in I-485. Last LUD on I-485 was on 05/23/07 a day after FP3 but the message still shows case transferred for standard interview (even though we finished the interview in Sept 2005)
I was also wondering what LUD change in I-140 might mean!
 
LUD changed on my approved i-140

I noticed my LUD changed in I-140 which was approved in 2003 on 6/16/07. I did go to local infopass one time in May to inquiry my name check. Currently my FP expired. Hope this LUD trigger the new FP notice but who knows.
 
My 485 and approved 140, EAD and AP got LUDs on May 29th. But nothing happened after that :(
 
Not sure if you guys changed your employment; with/without AC21.

If the employer revokes the approved I140 (Even if >180 days of approval); the LUDs of I140, I485 get changed. I have seen this with a friend of mine whose I140 was revoked by employer even after >180 of I140/I485 approval (Not sure how USCIS allowed revoking I140 after > 180).

We experienced the same LUD(06/24/07) on I-140 and LUD's(06/19/07, 06/20/07, 06/21/07) on principal I-485 case.

can you tell me when did you see LUD on your I-140

LUD on I-140 (already approved Feb-2005) was on 16 June 2007, FP letters are dated 18 June 2007. No LUD on I-485's

I noticed my LUD changed in I-140 which was approved in 2003 Jan on 06/24/07. I did my FP dated 06/20/2007. Hope this LUD triggers my approval or my previous employeer messed up something for my I-140. .. i am stressed, let's see what is going to happen. Any advise please let me know. thank you.

AC21 does not leads to LUD on 140, because we have used AC21 and we did not notice LUD on 140. If LUD changes on 140 after approval, then we should worry because employer myght messed it up.
 
Hello... I`m from VSC. New LUD came on I-140 that was approved back in NOV03 last sunday 24JUN07. This may be USCIS system update for a better service in the future for it`s customers. My I-485 LUD: 19, 20, 21JUN07 in consequence of RFE return on 18JUN07.

your approval is on the way....so be relax.
i have never change employer and still got LUD on approved(01/25/05) I-140

here is my 2 cent on approval.....

1) PD is current
2) FP is not expired
3) Case is very simple(no REF, no AC21)
4) all security clearance is ok
5) all pre-adjucating paperwork done

if a case meets these above criteria USCIS approve that case.

apart from that if you are lucky and officer can pick your case and approve no rule of thumb.
 
My 140 approved in the year 2003, now my previous employeer can mess up my 140 ? I don't know whether good idea to call and talk to him because i left the company after 180 days ... any advise let me know. Thank you.
