LUD Change...no letter....please help

My LUD changed on Nov 22nd requesting RFE. My lawyer says that he did not receive the letter from INS as of today (dec-2). I wonder whether this is possible?

Can anyone tell me how long it will take to send the RFE out from CSC, once RFE is confirmed?

I-140 for EA filed on 08/18/03 at CSC

It's quite possible - most likely they didn't get it out before the Thanksgiving
