The LUD for both Appeal & 140 changed on 12/8/04 and again changed on 12/9/04. The status is changed like this " On December 9, 2003 we have received your petetion, it will take about 30 to 180days'.
Previously it was like this "On December 10, 2003 we have received your petetion, it will take about 6 to 10 months'.
Now the status on 140 and 290B is almost same. The only diff is the processing time is 30 to 60 days for 140.

Do anyone of you think the decision has been made and we will know after few days?
