can someone help me on this question:
me, my wife, my son's 485 ND is 12/17/02. I just registered to the USCIA website and saw the LUD of our cases are as following:
mine: LUD = 7/28/2004 (the form title is still the same as "your applicantion received on 12/17/02.... it will take 800 - 900 days.....")
my wife's LUD = 7/28/04 9same form title)
my son's LUD = 12/18/02 (same form title).
BUT, we got our son's FP notice on 11/04/04 asking for FP on 12/16/04 in Atlanta office!
I'm worried that how come our cases have LUD changedo n 7/28/04 but never received any FP and our son's case has not LUD change but got a FP now?
we have not received our FP notice as of 12/5/04? Thinking to go on 12/16/04 with our son and ask for FP for me and my wife.
anyone has idea why and if it's a good idea to go on 12/16/04?
any other way to check into this? like ask a senator or contact TSC (what number shall I call? the 1800 number know nothing).
