LUD change after RFE response

Hi guys

Could somebody tell me how long it should take CSC to state that they have received response to RFE. They would have received it 04/06/05. Also RFE - for education evaluation - was requested only 20 days after I-140 receipt date. Is this unusual?

Would really like some info on this procedure.
