LUD and status change

Recently i have noticed a flurry of LUd changes for my case and my dependent,s cases . Most recent is 9/1 & 9/2/05 and an email saying " The document made on the basis of Approval/Registration of this case ......"

I got same email on 7/11/05 which turned out to be a mistake by TSC , i dont know what this turns out to be (probably they resent the RFE notice ).

Before this, did your onlife message has changed for received RFE by USCIS?

Have your FBI name check is done?


On 9/2/2005, my and my wife's LUD has changed showing that they have received the RFE.

Before this, LUD for us changed due to the RFE has issued to us.


Check with TSC what is this LUD changes for?

I have not submitted the reply for RFE yet .

As for as Name Check is concerned the last info i have is an email i got from FBI on 5/5 saying ny name check was pending since Oct 2003 .
so i dont know and calling 1800 3 is very frustrating so i will submit the RFe reply and wait hopefully October will bring some luck .
Atleast it looks like TSc is putting our cases together for approval ( dependinig on the stupid Name Check ofcourse)

Now it seems that your LUD changes due to the RFE issued. The mistake is done the people who changed LUD messgaes online.

The same thing had happened to me when our FP2 notice has returned to TSC and LUD changes showing exactly what is being shown in your case.

This phenomena is very disturbing. But this is my guess.

If any miracle happens, your case might have been approved. Check with TSC.

Keep us inmforming the update.

I would suggest you send and replies to ref as certified next day, just in case the doc's go missing


Your I 485 ND is the same as mine and I was approved for GC 23rd June 2005

My wife got her FP2 (Code 1) on 8/5/05 (there was an LUD on her case on 7/27 & 7/28/05) scheduled for 8/27/05. She gave her FP on the scheduled date. But before she gave her FP, the online message changed to what you have on 8/15/05 but she did not receive anything so far. Even after more than a week since her FP there is no change in LUD.
