Lud After 2nd Fingerprinting Code1

Dear friends, Sorry to divert you from the july visa bulletin discussion.
I did my 2nd fingerprinting (code 1) , last week. There was no change in LUD at all. Does this mean FBI has not send the results back to USCIS?
After the 1st fingerprinting last year , i had a 2 LUDs , first the same day & 2nd , the day after.

I had my 2nd Code I FP a month ago and my LUD has not changed either. I had called FBI to check on the status of my FPs and was told that results for all BCIS cases were sent in the same day. When I call the service center 1-800 number to find the status of my case, it tells me that it cannot access my case at the moment. I am not sure what's going on.
