LUD Activity !!!

I noticed a LUD activity today but no E-mail notification regarding card has been ordered or things in that nature.
Had my bio done on 05/19 & expecting a E-mail notification about card order completed sort of one.
Since LUD changed today hopefully IO is doing something. Any idea folks ?
Need your feedback.

you will get approval email within 2 days,this happened with me after i did the bio

if you did not receive email, most likely you will get a welcome notice by mail,

this happened with my wife whos is derivative asylee after she had interview at local office


i really hope that you get your card as soon as possible , you suffered too much for your green card like all of us,

John Smith, What do you mean by approval mail???? I was approved 485 back in Feb 2006.

in your case , any email approval mean the card will be sent to you,

this time the ins will handle your case correctly

hey atique...how you doing...I hope this agony ends very soon, it is hard to find a good advice since your case is pretty unique and I think just a few people here have been in the same situation...but I can tell you that this nightmare will be over soon.

Another Bio Appointment Letter !!!

Guacho, no doubt about that. It's really very unique. I again received another bio appointment for June 10th cause last one I did May 19th also didn't go through or what happened who knows??????????? All USCIS kept telling me they didn't receive any of the bio's that I have been doing for the last 3 times. This time it would be 4th time.
I have called Senator's office & notified them all details & the staff who already aware of the whole thing herself was very surprised & said she's going to investigate this.
I have also mailed another letter to USCIS explaining everything with the bio receipts & bio processing stamps & date to prove I've been following their instructions now if ASC people are not sending that correctly what can I do to fix this.
It's really sad. I know other's saying not to worry cause 485 is already approved so today/tomorrow I'll get my plastic & I know that too but after all these years when case got approved I surely like to share the same joy as other fellow brothers & sisters in this forum.

Well, lets see what's in my fate. But since Senator's office is helping me that might speed up the process a little bit. Cuase as a PR USCIS don't really care what I say but I bet they certainly care about a US Senator.

That's enough of my sad story but I appreciate your concern. It's really wonderful to hear from you again.

I am sorry to hear about your situation. It must be a joke. This is the 4th time the NSC sent you BIO appointment letters.

I have a similar experience. I am still waiting for my gc after approval. As I mentioned earlier posts I scheduled an INFOPASS appiontment for this, but I messed up with the date. So I missed my appiontment. I did not even know it until I arrived at the INS office and was denied access.

So, I called the National Number again (my 4th time). I again get a conflicting info. The 1st time I called, I was told I would receive a notice about my I-90 application. The second time I called, I was told I would not receive a notice. The third time I called, the officer told me I should receive a notice about my application, she also told me the computer system does not show that I sent back my original gc. This week, I missed my appiontment so I decided to call the National Number again. No surprise, I get another answer. This time I was told I will not get a notice of my i-90 application. They cannot get the story straight even a simple procedure like that.

After all this time, I don't even have emotion about the delay of getting my gc. I just do whatever is neccessary.
