TO LucyMo or anyone who can help me with advice,
I am currently a student on F-1 status. I am a rising senior now and got selected for the Diversity lottery. I went through all the process and have managed to get an interview on august16,2005 with the local USCIS. The problem I am facing is that I had worked for about a month in two places during my first summer. I needed to pay my rent and so I took that action. I have even subimitted tax returns for the ilegal work which was less $700 dollars in total. I reall regret my action and unsure what should I do. I would appreciate if you explain to me possible options and the consequences clearly.
I am just a student caught in a dilemma. Hopefully, your advise will help me figure my situation out better.
SHOULD I GO FOR THE INTERVIEW OR NOT? CAN THEY DEPORT ME? They also ask for w2 and I do not whether to take them or not for illegal ones.
Thank you,
Alok.
