LucyMo,
I'm new on this web site and I saw that you know a lot of stuff and I'm asking you for help. I'm a winner of DV 2006 Lottery and at first I wanted to do my adjustment of status here in the US but almost everyday I was talking to immigration office and they were telling me every day different stuff and I was so confused and one day lady told me that it is better to do CP and I gave up from AOS. I do have F-1 visa and it's valid till 2007. I did my medical here in the US because I had to file for AOS after october 1 but I decided rather to go to my country and do CP and I did not file for AOS. My number is 55XX and that means that I will have my interview in January. I just wanna know if my medical will be valid or I have to do it all over in my country.
Also if you can tell me how can I prepare for CP interview.
Thanks a bunch
