Lucknow RPO - Any success with PCC through any Consulate ?

his wife had passport from LKO..my wife has too..but i\'ll be going to CGNY on coming monday to get PCC.. :)

when did u apply PCC at CGNY. Are they issuing PCC after waiting for 30 days without receiving anything from RPO or did they receive and
issuing PCC. I mailed my App on 12/17 but they said they faxed
mine on 12/21 and wifes on 12/27.
